Katy David Receives 2010 Nolan Fellows Award

The American Bar Association Section of Taxation announced the recipients of its 2010 Nolan Fellowships which were awarded during a luncheon at the sections Midyear Meeting in San Antonio on January 23, 2010. Katy David, an Associate in the Tax section of Oppenheimer, Blend, Harrison and Tate, Inc., was one of six attorneys to receive the national Outstanding Young Tax Lawyer award.
Nolan Fellows are young tax lawyers who are actively involved in the ABA Tax Section and have demonstrated leadership qualities. David, who is the only attorney selected from the State of Texas, was recently certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Tax Law. For the past six years she has also been named a Texas Rising Star by Law & Politics and the publishers of Texas Monthly magazine.
