Bentley Selected as Director of Human Resources

In a move that continues to reflect the growth being experienced by Oppenheimer, Blend, Harrison and Tate, Inc., Barbara Bentley is selected as Director of Human Resources. Bentley, who is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, has over 18 years of progressive HR experience, including 10 years in a leadership role.
Having been employed by The Capital Group Companies and USAA, Bentley is skilled in Change Management, Internal Talent Mobility, Performance Management, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Coaching Leaders. “Barbara brings a wealth of knowledge to our firm” stated Bruce Mitchell – Chief Executive Officer for Oppenheimer Blend. “We have seen a steady amount of growth over the last few years and hiring a highly skilled Director of HR is one of several key management moves we have made to establish a strong infrastructure to support our client and employee needs” added Mitchell.
The firm had previously announced a number of leadership promotions within the last year, including appointing Marty Roos as Chief Operating Officer, Sharon McCullough as Director of Administration, Kathleen Quiroz as Practice Group Leader for Health Care and James McNeel as Practice Group Leader for the newly formed Trust & Estates Litigation group.
Bentley received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western Washington University and her Masters of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University. In addition to being certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Bentley is also trained in Chorda Collaboration Skills and Advanced Mediation.
