Chip's bankruptcy practice includes the representation of debtors, creditors, and creditor committees (ranging from sole proprietors to major corporations) in all types of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.  He has represented and advised clients on complex environmental issues arising in bankruptcy proceedings and has worked with clients in the defense of avoidance actions.  Prior to working with the firm's Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy Group, Chip was a member of the Real Estate Group.
