Molly's practice includes:

  • Advising clients on matters regarding Federal and State income taxation, both planning and tax controversies.
  • Advising individuals and businesses on the choice of entity that best suits the clients' needs and goals.

Molly was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. She attended Tulane University for her undergraduate degree. After graduation, the Congressional Hunger Center awarded her a Congressional Fellowship. She worked in Idaho and Washington, DC on programs to combat hunger and poverty. Molly continued to work in DC with the National Coalition for the Homeless as a development director and later as the Director of Programs.

During law school, Molly was a student attorney in the St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice’s immigration clinic. She handled complex deportation and asylum cases in the San Antonio Immigration Court for multiple low-income clients. Molly was a participant in the firm’s 2007 Summer Associate Program and officially joined the firm in August 2008.
