Julie focuses her practice primarily in the areas of corporate law, including entity organization and governance issues, business transactional issues, and mergers and acquisitions. Her practice also includes intellectual property, internet and technology related issues.

Julie’s recent expertise includes assisting clients with the following legal transactions:

• Representation of companies in the form of serving as interim in-house counsel or assisting in-house counsel with issues presented to legal departments
• Representation of a start-up health care website regarding choice of entity, contractual issues, financing issues and compliance with Internet-related laws
• Representation of large companies in the evaluation and negotiation of hardware and software purchase and installation agreements to replace computer systems throughout the United States
• Representation of numerous companies regarding restructuring their businesses, including restructuring into a limited partnership form.
