Additional Information

Jim began his legal career in Miami, Florida where he practiced with Wicker, Smith, O'Hara, McCoy, Graham and Ford, P.A., in the areas of commercial litigation and estate and trust litigation and administration. He returned to his home town of San Antonio in 2002 joining the litigation section of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld L.L.P. and later Lindow & Treat, L.L.P. Jim handles claims by and against estate administrators, trustees, beneficiaries, and closely held family businesses in all areas relating to estate, trust, and tax litigation.
