Doug is the firm’s Litigation Practice Group Leader. He has over 20 years of trial and litigation experience in a myriad of substantive law areas. These include handling numerous complex business, real estate and probate litigation matters; representing management in employment-related litigation before the EEOC and in various state and federal courts; representing corporate defendants in personal injury litigation; handling complex trademark, trade name and copyright litigation; and representing various professionals in malpractice claims before the appropriate administrative agencies and in the courts.
