Cheryl practices business and health care law. Her practice focuses on business and regulatory matters for physicians, physician group practices, physician networks, and ancillary facilities. She has represented physicians and physician groups in the development of practice groups and networks, structured the acquisition and sale of physician practices and ancillary facilities, and negotiated managed care contracts. She is a frequent speaker on health care law matters.

  • Creating a network that includes physicians and hospitals for purposes of managed care contracting
  • Establishing partnerships to build and operate MRI facilities
  • Developing a single-specialty ophthalmology physician network
  • Structuring a new ob/gyn group practice centers
