Oppenheimer, Blend, Harrison and Tate, Inc., is a regional
business law firm based in San Antonio, Texas. The firm was founded
by Jesse H. Oppenheimer in November, 1969. We pride ourselves on
our ability to offer excellent legal services to meet the needs of
the firm’s broad client base. For example, eleven of the firm’s members
were recently named in the 2008 Edition of The Best Lawyers in
America published by Woodward/White, Inc. of Aiken, S.C. We have a
distinguished history of public service, with deep roots in our
local community and close relationships with our local government.
Our firm and our practice areas have evolved with the times. We
began by concentrating on corporate and securities law, business
litigation, taxation, and real estate transactions. Today we are
also active in arbitration, mediation, health care law and related
services, labor and employment law, employee benefits, mergers and
acquisitions, estate planning and probate and international law.
When clients and friends think of our firm, they envision a team
with traditional values that achieves innovative results in a timely
manner.
