Oppenheimer, Blend, Harrison and Tate, Inc., is a regional business law firm based in San Antonio, Texas. The firm, which was founded by Jesse H. Oppenheimer in November, 1969, has more than 35 attorneys and maintains offices in San Antonio and Kerrville.
The firm prides itself on its ability to offer exceptional legal representation in order to meet the needs of its broad client base. For example, ten of the firm’s members were named in the 2010 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America published by Woodward/White, Inc. of Aiken, S.C. We have a distinguished history of public service, with deep roots in our local community and close relationships with our local government.
Our firm and our practice areas have evolved with the times. We began by concentrating on corporate and securities law, business litigation, taxation, and real estate transactions. Today we are also active in arbitration, mediation, health care law and related services, labor and employment law, employee benefits, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and probate, trust and estate litigation and international law.
